Who we are

Prasavik B.V. is the controller for the personal data described here, and operates this website at www.prasavik.com. Our registered address and company registration details are on the company details page.

What this site collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. It sets no cookies and does not store anything in your browser. No account is needed to read any page here.

The only personal data reaching us from this site is what you choose to send: the name, email address, optional company name and message you enter in the contact form, or the contents of an email you write to us directly.

How the contact form works

The contact form is delivered through Formspree, a third-party form service, which forwards submissions to our mailbox and keeps a copy in its own system under its own privacy policy. If the form service is unavailable, the form falls back to opening your own email client, in which case nothing passes through a third party at all.

Third-party resources

Every file needed to display this site is served from prasavik.com, including the fonts. Reading a page here does not create a request to any other company. The only outbound request is the contact form submission described above, and that happens only if you send one.

Why we process it and for how long

We use what you send to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to a commercial conversation, to keep a record of that correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled by the service providers we use to run our mail and form delivery, and disclosed further only where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Ours is the Dutch authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Write to support@prasavik.com and we will handle the request.

This page covers this website only. Our products, including Viyancast, are covered by their own agreements and privacy terms, which apply to the data customers process through them.

Changes

If this page changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated directly.
