How we work
If a step happens more than once, it should not need a person the second time. We look for the parts of a process that are already rules, and write them down as code.
Retries, logging, alerting and failure handling are part of the product, not something added after the first incident. We assume every dependency will fail at some point.
Managed infrastructure, separated environments and deployments that can be repeated. Scaling is a configuration change rather than a project.
Tenant data stays separated at the data layer, not only in the interface. Access is scoped, credentials are managed centrally, and the boundaries are tested.

Prasavik develops, operates and offers highly automated software solutions, SaaS applications and digital technologies for enterprises. Our work usually starts with a process a business already runs, and ends with software that runs it.
We build products we are willing to operate ourselves. That shapes the decisions we make: clear boundaries between tenants, deployments that can be repeated, and systems that keep working when something upstream does not. Viyancast is the first product built this way.
